At that point in time, Gaara felt far from being human, he felt as if he were an animal, caged up and locked away.. all of it seemed to happen so quickly, in the blink of an eye, one moment he were in his village, the next he were waking up in an unknown place, locked away as some sort of prisoner. What could be the reason why he were being held? It would seem the group had already reached their goal, removing the Shukaku. Perhaps they feared he knew too much information. Regardless of the fact, Gaara felt he would rather be dead than to continue being locked away as this.
