Your rewritten story of Lord of the Flies (Our Love is God) is amazing. I'm only on chapter two, but I can tell you are a writer and I *definitely* plan to finish this story. I truly admire the imagination here, it's really cool. I see it was written a while ago but idc, I will always be a lotf fan and this one is perfectly acceptable.
I just saw the casting of the kid playing Draco Malfoy for the new Harry Potter show. I was like, "Huh, where have I seen him before?" And then I realized that I recognized him from a while back when they announced him as Jack Merridew for the new Lord of the Flies show.
I just thought it was funny because I used to always compare Jack Merridew to Draco Malfoy. I think both shows are going to be more aligned with the books. The girl playing Hermione is so precious. Congrats to these young casts!

Especially someone like you who loves Heathers and LOTF (or at least used to).

Haven't been on here in forever but decided to check my notifs tonight and saw you updated the intro to "Our Love is God". Been remembering being in the LOTF fandom recently (I had a dream about LOTF last night for some reason) and I want to say that I hope you're doing well. A part of me misses being in that fandom. It was fun and my introduction to fandom in general. And you were an amazing friend!

@spiderlovergirl Alex!! I haven't been on here as often as I used to. I still pop in to check for notifications on occasion. I do miss being younger and loving lotf! And yes, I reposted the book for the millionth time after taking it down out of of embarrassment per request, so I am sorry for the notifications (T_T) I still love reading the newer stuff that gets put out. You were also the first friend I made on the app and in the fandom!

Hey! I know you probably don’t check wattpad anymore so you might not see this, but I was reading the first book in your lotf series and I really like it. I didn’t finish it though. I was wondering if you could maybe sort of publish it for just one more week?
I just finished it, and OMG?? The way you write is so beautiful. I’m serious, you could make a career out of this. You have a way with words that just scratches every part of my brain. It’s that kind of writing that really makes you think. I know you’re going to take the story down, (which is tragic because it’s literally so UAHHG) but it you ever decide to put it back up lmk because I WILL be rereading that
