Hello my Fine Specimens!
          
          I’m sure you have noticed, but I’ve decided to change my pen name from Summer Blossom to Mara Bates. Summer Blossom was who I was when I first started writing—bright, hopeful, and figuring myself out. But I’ve grown since then. I’ve stepped into adulthood, experienced both the beautiful and the difficult parts of life, and I feel like my writing has grown with me. Mara Bates feels closer to the person I am now, while still carrying all the love I’ve always had for storytelling. This isn’t me leaving behind my old self—it’s me bringing her along into a new chapter.
          
          I also want to clarify, Mara Bates isn’t my real name.

          I'm back again and I've never felt better. My posts will be frequent and...I've got some news:
          
          Remember a long time ago I said I will publish The Greek God? Well, I've decided that that wasn't going to happen. HOWEVER, I might publish it sometime in the future, just not now.
          
          Secondly, in order to make you all happy, I will add a few bonus chapters to The Greek God. Making everybody happy is what I want to do.
