What's the line between constructive criticism and unnecessary rudeness? Let's say a story I was reading here showed an incredibly abusive relationship, but instead of condemning it, the author romanticized it. Made it seem romantic and desirable. Do I comment and point out how it's messed up? Do I message the author privately?
