So.

I took vivas today and this one student comes and says her hobby is dancing.

I asked which kind of dancing? She answered hip-hop. I asked her which choreography in general?

She then gets super nervous and starts looking at the side with big crazy eyes and in a very hushed voice goes, "i like that...uh, kpop"

I go hmmmmmmmmmmm in my head.

And then I continue very professionally ok? I ask her which group?

She smiles more, looks at the side again. (For your reference there was a wall on her side) and goes, "Uh, BTS"

Then i pinch myself to focus more and put our namtiddies from clouding my vision and ask, "Oh? Why bts particularly?"

She giggled. In a viva. Where I'm going to possibly ruin her CGPA, and stutters, "uh, yk, uh, just i like them. I dont know, i-i mean i like them only. Like them- they- uh yk..."

          	"What?" I ask.

She giggled more. "Their songs are on uh, girl uh, female so I like it."

I go slack. I try to control myself more and ask, "females? They wrote songs on females? All of them?"

She licks her lip, "Yes, like about uh female so it gives me confidence."

          	"What gives you confidence,exactly?"

She spewed out more stuttered uh and ooh.

"The songs are inspiring. They all are my favorite."

"What is your favorite song of theirs then?" I frown lightly and then comes anticipation.

          	"Butter."

Only me, god and that pencil knows what I was going through.

I try to maintain my facial muscles and ask again, "butter? How did that inspire you?"

She was now fully nervous. "I, it is too long i am following them actively because studying gets in the way."

          	I repeat my question.

          	She stutters more.

"It has been 5 years or so to butter though, so-" she cuts me off..

"No, Ms (my surname), it was two years ago, only."

We stare at each other as I ask her to repeat herself. She does. More silence.

          	"You may leave, thankyou."

I think its only because of BTS that I passed this student.

Okay so for my deficiencies, I have been moving both ways, which are supplements and food intake. I started off very simple because I do have a hectic schedule and tight budget.

No maida/ all purpose flour in my house. None. No cookies, no snack made of them. (I do have wheat and other flours snacks, including deep fried because it was unrealistic for me to cut off everything). This helped with my blood sugar levels and my gut health, improving blood infusion.

No sugar in my house. (Which means no white store bought sugar. I do have organic honey for my sweet needs.) Now this didn't necessarily mean that I cut off sugar because I was told not to as my insulin has always been very low. I do have sugary snacks once in a while. (Not too much because I never liked sweet things to start with).

Um, surprisingly, milk. To treat my skin issues (disgusting breakouts btw) cutting out lactose was very important. It was hindering my gut health too. I realized that dairy in our country is so overly consumed that the products are shitty.

Vegetables in almost everything. I was also told how wheat alone is not the healthiest flour so I switched to mixing flours together for my rotis.

Liquids. So so important. Spinach and beetroot smoothies have been very continuous in my diet too. Chikoo smoothies, papaya smoothie...I have a tendency to blend fruits a lot lol.

I also have gotten alot of seeds over time. I put them in almost everything too. I make puddings out of chia seeds alot too.

Love my non stick cookware. Oil intake is very low tooooo.

I was prescribed a number of supplements. Omega 3, iron, b12, vitamin c, d and e. (Also vitamin k for a while but it was stopped quite soon). Also my different skincare products. Wohoo serums and benzoyl peroxide.

I have finally gotten back to my workouts as well. Trusty yoga matt and shoes.

@sundungiegguk really our country isn't really that great when it comes to healthy food ..I have cut off outside food for 3 months now...my friends keep insisting let's eat something but nothing really is exist that doesn't include maida ...but truly never really got sick like this before I truly learned so much from it... initially I thought its just for a which like some weeks then I am gonna be eating just like before but then realised I was focusing too much on becoming NORMAL

Fought the worst of my stress scenes. It fucked up my entire body, skin, vitamin and nutrition levels but im so glad it is all back on track.

Took me so long to calm myself down and not care so much. Have started to deal with my guilts and regrets. Everything seems so....light now. Thankyou everyone who wished me well here!!!!

@sundungiegguk true but stress is the only thing I am not able to overcome it feels the moment i feel everything is going smooth the next day something happens. I even overthink a lot...and something that I always think is why it has happened now when my placements are just 2 months away
