i need help, i’m currently surrounded by like 5 white, homophobic girls who are saying the n word and i want to die. they’re family friends and won’t be leaving for a hot minute. if anyone would like to be friends and like not be homophobic/racist that would be great.

I feel like the best thing you can do is separate yourself and remember to never let anyone compromise your beliefs. There is wrong and right, we all feel it in our hearts and if you’re uncomfortable with them being prejudice then remove yourself tastefully. If they ask why then please find the courage to either walk away or be completely transparent. At the end of the day everyone has to answer to themselves, who you are matters and some people think that there aren’t consequences to their actions. The slander of people apart of the LGBTQ+ community and the lighthearted use of a word that was originated to demean and dehumanize black people based on the contents of their skin is simply not right. ♡

i know i barely have any followers and no one will really see this but i need to say it. i have endless respect for those protesting currently. the black community and all poc are so incredibly strong and deserve to be treated equally. in regards to the looting and rioting: if you are more concerned about the loss of material goods than innocent people dying you need to reassess your morals. the black community has been silenced for too long, this can not continue to happen. if this is how change is made, then i will stand behind it. i am not black, but i hear you, i see you, and i will support you no matter what.

          happy pride,

          stay safe,

          & create change.

All I have to say is thank you for fighting with us all. As a woman of color I’m proud of how far black and brown people have come in this world but it won’t ever be enough until we are all treated equal. To think that I’m an enslaved ancestors dream who prayed and fought for me to be free! And to speak and walk through life without chains. I’ve truly been smiled upon in the midst of America despite how cruel things are but my community can’t stop. I can’t speak for the looters and the agitators that create controversy towards the peaceful protesting that’s distorts our image. I believe that no one’s life matters more than someone else’s, but how can we all matter until black and brown people’s lives matter as well. People of color are brittle because all we ask for is equality, not charity. Thank you so much again for using your voice to stand up for the silent and for doing what’s right! ♡
