Should I start making chapters longer to “The Subtle Destruction of Humanity”?

So, I have decided that “Crimsyn Mask” will not be a love story as originally intended. With “Art Class” being more of a cliché love story, I feel “Crimsyn Mask” should be more of my fictional horror type of book that I enjoy. I hope this does not change any minds over that fact. Thank you.
