Hello friends!!
          
          This is an emergency. Please respond if you know the solution to the problem I am dealing with - which I will rant about in this announcement.
          
          So, a week ago, I mentioned - I would change my ID name, and when I went to do that, I realized - I have forgotten my password. And, when I tried resetting the password - the team won't just send me an email. Like, what?
          
          They say - If that email address is in our database, we will send you an email to reset your password.
          
          I raised two tickets. But, apparently they are saying that the issue is related to the DNS server, and there is nothing they can do about it. They're claiming that a lot of people are facing this issue in India, and they cannot provide help for it. Plus, bro asked me to work with my ISP - internet service provider.
          
          Now, if anyone of you has even faced this issue and found a solution so please let me know - how do I fix this?
          
          I would be pleased, very grateful, and obliged.

          This is a small but special update — mrsmehta_writes is now @suno.kuhu, and from here on, my pen name will simply be Kuhu. 
          
          Why the change? Because I wanted a fresh beginning. A name that feels like me, that carries my voice softly into the world. Kuhu means the gentle call of a bird — a whisper of spring, love, and longing — and that’s what I hope my words feel like to you.
          
          I’m stepping into a new journey as a writer:
          new steps, new stories, new dreams, and yes… maybe a few new heartbreaks that will quietly spill onto these pages. 
          
          Thank you for staying with me through my shifts, pauses, and little transformations. I hope you’ll listen, feel, and grow with me in this new chapter.

 Long Time, No See…
          
          Hey there, beautiful souls.
          It’s been ages, hasn’t it?
          
          Some of you might remember me as the girl who used to pour her heart into stories about Shivika – a couple who once lived rent-free in my head (and heart). Those characters, those moments, those nights I stayed up writing and reading your lovely comments – they shaped a big part of my journey as a writer. And you, dear reader, were a part of it. A huge part.
          
          But life happened. I grew. We all did. Somewhere along the way, I drifted from that phase, those stories, and even this platform.
          
          And yet, logging in today… it felt like coming home.
          
          The nostalgia hit hard. I reread some of your comments – the encouragement, the love, the conversations we shared through words – and I won’t lie, it brought tears to my eyes. I missed this space. I missed you.
          
          I don’t write for Shivika anymore – my mind has wandered to new places, new characters, new stories. I hope you’ll understand. It's not because I stopped loving them, but because I’ve moved on… and I hope you’ll walk with me again, into a new chapter.
          
          Maybe—just maybe—this is a soft little beginning again.
