hi!! idk if you still use wattpad as your updates are from quite a while ago, but i had a couple questions! okay so im 13, i eat relatively healthy (salad, meats, not any junk food) but i have a slow metabolism which causes me to be heavier. rn im around 60-67 kg and 5" 3. what should i do to lose weight? ideal would be to end up around 55 kg (like your end weight in book 1) preferably sort of fast. like you, i won't be telling anyone. also i don't think i can get an app bc my dad can see what i download

alrrr so to speed your metabolism you can do cardio daily even if it's just walking, drink green tea or lemon water daily as well cuz that helps, build muscle if you can!! gaining muscle is the best way to speed your metabolism for good also don't eat too little because your body will slow your metabolism even more to keep its fat stores. And you can intermittent fast, that helps because 11 hours after your last meal your body starts to burn fat so i recommend starting with 12 hours of fasting and 12 hours of eating to begin with and you can increase the time when you feel like you can. andddd the most important part of weight loss is a calorie deficit, i know you can't download any apps but there are calorie deficit calculators online you can use to see how many calories you need  also don't rush to lose weight too fast cuz that can become unhealthy, the best sustainable wl is more gradual

i really recommend cardio!! it speeds your metabolism even if it's just walking because that's what i do for cardio and it really helps
