long messages indeed! <33 well, I'm glad you don't let the world stimuli dictate your feelings and how you respond to it, now. I'm still working on that myself, including patience, which frankly, I think I'm doing a better job at
I understand the isolating yourself part and the way we view reality impacting our mental health. I think that's partly the same for me despite being busy with uni. tbh I'm very sensitive. like I'll feel something in the air and it'll affect me if I don't do anything abt it and I've found recently, that having full belief in letting things just happen, or whatever happens, happens is better for my mental health
also, can we talk about how crucial water is?? like I already know our body is mostly made out of water and the whole scientific thing but it's like wow, just wowww when you think abt it on the deeper physiological and psychological level
basically, I'm making sure I'm drinking my water and trying to think positive now for my mental health. but anyway, I see what you mean about isolating yourself to protect yourself. also, same, strong on the setting boundaries for yourself.
I'm working on that as well, now. and yk the funny thing is, this whole setting boundaries is about respect, more importantly, respect for yourself
yesss, I have been feeling stretched too thin, and I'm really trying to balance classes, studying, my hobbies, and work in a way where I don't feel overwhelmed now. partly, the reason was me not setting boundaries for myself, and crashing out because I didn't eat properly and drink water because I was so stressed. the end result? not good (grades and health)
so that changes now because in the end, it's about respecting yourself, righttt
