I don't know if you need my advice or not but still I would say that you don't need to have Followers to start a book. Usually we get Followers after they like our stories.

The motto for this was that you should start posting your story, and you will see many people following you but if you kept waiting for people to follow you and then start writing then you will kept waiting.
