Wattpad feels empty and old

So here is the wattpad logic. My account was banned and i got two different reasons from the support centre:
          
          Reason 1- Madman entertainment DMCA me. It turned out to be a lie as no they did not
          
          Reason 2- i included banned content... wha?!
          
          Which is which?
