@dyingking Also Kara simply does not want to worry Lena. If there was a way to not cause your significant other extra anxiety then I would like to think most of us would do it.

@dyingking that was mainly for the plot. I needed to create a situation where Lena and Kara felt a bit "iffy" or "off balance" with each other. Both of them are usually very in tune with each other so if suddenly something happens that means that they're not then a sort of riff will be created. This is what needed to create. Especially with what I needed to happen with Elizabeth (I know it was extremely cliché, I'm sorry) and then what i wanted to happen with the plot where Kara went back to James.
