I was born at Tripler Hospital, on the West side of the Island of Oahu, in the city of Honolulu, Hawaii. But, let me tell you more about how this all came about.
I find it interesting how two people can meet being from such opposite ends of the country. My mother, Rosalie May Catterall, was raised in Everett, Washington, where her mother and father, Lucille Evelyn Major Catterall and her husband, Charles McCleod, had two more little girls, Charlotte, and Marilyn, 11 and 13 years after Rosalie was born. Not realizing how important it was to listen, it seemed like there endless stories that Mom would want to relay to us. I will try to tell you some of those, because they are worth passing down through the family. Remind me to tell you about

1. The Japanese Spies on Lanikai
2. The Beginning of the War on Pearl Harbor
3. The Shrapnel
4. The Spaghetti Dinners with the Navy boys
5. Marilyn had them Mesmerized
6. All the guys liked her Best
7. Charlotte was the Reader
8. Marilyn was the Personality
9. My Mother was the Mom
10. My Dad met my Mom
11. Photographs and Memories
12. July 4th Parades on Ferdinand Ave.
13. She played Piano on the Radio and didn't even know it! My Mother
14. The Day the Army lost my dad's records.

16. Singing in Harmony
17. Billy came First
18. Patti was also welcomed

These are only a few of the titles I would like to elaborate on. There's more....
