Guys why do I feel so guilty for breaking up with this guy? I shouldn’t care but for some reason I feel so bad. BUT on a happy note I got two jobs!!!

But you don’t have to be responsible for someone you don’t want to be romantically involved with. You can be sorry for their eventual parting of your dependent relations, because they’re going to feel your absence regardless. I mean you’re going to always care about their well being. But they Might as well rip it all off with one bandaid on top of the their life obstacles to a better life they’re going through. Just wish them a “it’ll get better” prayer so they can move on to the next person they can leach off of.

@-sardonix yeah you’re probably right. I just kept thinking about how much he needs me and that I should be there helping him. But the way he treated me I wasn’t happy.

@suziecarmichael it's an after affect when you leave someone toxic. You feel guilty because you feel obliged to stay. The feeling will pass on at one.
