S.J the author of many stories is helped out by ICHIKA AOKI, who translates as the only languages she fully understands are Italian/Korean.  
S.J can be described as determined and hard working. Originally being unable to speak English she has came a long way and still has ICHIKA to help. She claims that 'writing is my way of escaping from hardships in the world we have today, stuff like racism, sexist people and homophobia. With writing I can create my own fantasy where its controlled by me.' S.J has been inspired by many people and authors, but the most important people have been stated as 'The people who pushed me to make my dream of writing, although it hasn't been completed yet is my friend Sam, who sadly passed, he was as close as my brother and gave me that extra push. The second person would me the teacher who inspired me to keep trying to write and be successful in a fully English school when I had moved, thank you Mrs. Owens, Also ICHIKA AOKI who helped me through schools and hardships. I am truly indebted to a lot of people who  gave me that extra push, including my mum, who got me into reading books.' An author S.J most likes is Jason Chabot, who wrote the Below series which her mother helped her buy and read. 'I am truly in love with his books and aspire to be a great writer like him. With all the help of lots of people I am hoping to achieve this. And I'm starting to believe I can' S.J attended a primary school and a High school where she enjoyed both 'I am thankful to my parents who put me in these school as I wouldn't have all of these chances to, make friends that have lasted, write or achieve my dreams.' S.J stated that her dream from when she was young was to be a detective or a Pre-school teacher but if that didn't work she wished to be a writer and have her book made into a movie.
