@svnkissed- honestly? I don’t even know how I deal with it- most of the time I just run to the bathroom and it’ll get better after a while, and if it doesn’t get better there’s some kind of method I use Idk, but they’re not major panic attacks or anything so it’s really not that bad :) And thank you!!
