          'The record faltered for a second and then continued, almost announcing my entrance as I walked into the living room. I could see the balcony from there and you weren't there. I think I shrugged to myself, slipping out of my jacket and kicking off my shoes. A few moments later and I was walking to our bedroom, the source of the music. Sometimes I think what would have happened to you if I had come later; if I had had to wait a few extra minutes before crossing a road; if the queue had been longer at the store; if I’d stopped to look in the window of a book store; if the books had collapsed onto me and I’d had to clear them all up; what would have happened to you? I’m glad I never found out.'

Hello everyone. 
          
          I'm infinitely sorry for being absent and not updating and basically being useless. I'd give you my excuses but I only have 2000 characters. I will say though it has been down to personal problems, school and trying to actually do something this summer. I have however been checking all the comments and messages and I'd like to say thank you, so much, to all of you who have read and voted for both "you" and "we'll meet again" and who have liked them. (I'm also sorry for the tears I seem to have caused some of you). 
          
          I'm going to Wales until Friday to visit family but during that week I will have time to write. I won't have internet connection but I will have a laptop and lots of notebooks. Hopefully, when I get back, I'll be updating "you".
          
          I know there's a lot more for me to say (I think anyway) but mainly I just wanted to say sorry for disappearing and thank you for continuing to read my writing.
