@soraadore She uses the Loop with one ear in and one ear out, which doesn't always work for people because of auditory issues. It wouldn't work for me, that's fore sure LOL Personally, I would prefer the calmer ones, especially if you still want to hear what's going on! it's great for day to day life so you can hear things, but it's not at the full volume, so it basically helps keep you regulated while still letting you join conversations while keeping both earplugs in and not having to take one out to hear better! For suuuper loud noises like concerts, I would say go with Loops. Calmer can even be good with sounds like dog barking because it mutes it. If you want, you can even buy both if it's in your budget to see which one your mom likes more! But I would choose Calmer because everyone has a lot of good things to say about it :D
