If you're looking for poetry ideas, you could write a poem about what it's like to be a particular age.  You could write about your current age, remember what it was like to be younger, or imagine what the next stage of life will be like.

          =There was a beautiful princess whom every man desired. Her father, the King, however, was quite demanding as to who should be her husband. One day, a poor soldier came to the town and, as he saw the princess, he fell madly in love with her. But, he was poor and couldn`t hope to be her husband. The princess, however, told him she would marry him if he would wait for her a 100 days and nights. And, so, that same night, the soldier stood outside her window and waited. Everyday, as the princess got up, she saw the soldier there in the same spot, whether it was sunny, rainy or snowing!!! And, when she closed her window before she went to sleep there he would be, just waiting. And, as time went by she began to love him. Then on the 99th night, the soldier got up and simply walked away, never to be seen again!!! If you love someone, say it!!!

          =a girl who has a disabled older brother. he was a perfectly fine and functioning until a certain accident. the family now has to cope and readjust to their new live
          =- you lost your hat and your trying to find it. The hat could be very special, your grandmother gave it to you. You are very angry for loosing it because you need the next day. You look everywhere, from under the couch to on top of your bureau. in the end, you realize that the hole time the hat was under your nose

          =The Adventures of Sock Man a sock who gets lost in the dryer
          
           =The girl and the mirror. 
           An 11 year old girl and her single mother just moved in to a new house. Sadly she hates it because she misses all her classmates, her old bedroom, old school and her neighbors. "Ok dear. What do you think of our new house?" her mother asked but she did not reply. A three hours long journey including packing up the stuffs exhausted her.So her mom suggested her to explore the new house while she and deliver agents unload the stuffs on the truck.So she look around and went up upstairs. She found a closet in her new bedroom. She turned on the light and found a wall-mounted mirror in front of her. Curiously she carefully examined the mirror. Wondering why would anyone put a mirror in a closet where nobody would find it.Then she notice that the reflection is different. On the mirror, the reflection seems brighter, cleaner and more joyful. The summer light shine from the window and the birds chirping. Where else on her own world, it's dull grey and dark and filled with dust and spider webs.Delighted, she stared at the mirror for a long time. With her palm gently touch on the mirror, she felt something strange like a water surface, her hands felt cold and wet. With a full force, she fell into the other side of the world and onto the ground. 
          She got up her feet and found herself a new world.
          
          =the little bird that could! it never thought it could fly but it did!

RANDOM ideas 
           1) People get stuck on a tropical island, they try desperately to survive, but they are injured and their supplies are dwindling. But nights on the island are dangerous, poisonous animals lurk in the shadows...etc. It could end where either they get rescued or die. (I think maybe one of the people should die while the others live, there aren't enough books with death, I am not saying I like death. It just makes stories more meaningful, realistic and unexpected, authors too often sympathize for characters and have unbeleivable events to save them from a situation) 
          
           2. A story about a police team chasing a serial killer. Maybe one of the officers could become more attached to the case when the killer threatens his wife. The story could end in a climatic scene as the officer risks his own life to save his wife. 
          
           3. A story about kidnapping, in the end, after a long search, the kid is found close to death but they pull through. The story could switch perspective between the victim, so you can express their fear. And then switch to the parents to express the overwhelming emotion of having their child taken away
