I never understood the “there’s only two genders” gotcha moment because being transgender just means going from one pre-existing gender to the other, being nonbinary literally means not feeling connected to male or female. Being bigender literally means being connected to both genders. Literally, when ppl say “there’s more than two genders” they’re basically just saying there’s more subcategories of the two pre-existing genders. I don’t even like labels and I even know that they’re simple to grasp lol.

And people also like to forget the fact that there are people born into this world INTERSEX. If their parents don’t choose one gender for them, they often grow up to eventually choose their own or they just get rid of the more dysfunctional set of reproductive organs. People are so weird for being so pissed about what’s between someone else’s legs!

Authors who get mad about ppl not commenting and not voting is so weird to me… it’s one thing to just ask but getting mad and threatening not to update or trying to bait them into commenting is so weird to me, I left that book so fast

Seriously! And it feels like you no longer have that choice when they do that. It’s like, why tf are you even writing if all you care about is the amount of attention your book gets? Like that’s great and all but I chose to write because I love it and I could care less if no one else ever saw my work because it’s for me. I don’t get it.
