I just want to take a moment to thank the dedicated people who have been on this journey with me since day one. You are my rock, and the reason that I have the courage to do what I do.

My personal favourite pick-me-up that you guys have sent me over the years is “keep your head held high and let the negative roll off.” It may not have meant much to you, but that meant the world to me. You came along when I needed you most.

I will never forget your kindness.

Thank you for always being there, patiently waiting for me to come back with a new chapter of Andy’s crazy little life. Thank you for eagerly reading and giving me your feedback. Thank you for sitting through my screen name phase, my identity crisis, my struggle to find the genre I work best with. Thank you for sticking around.

But most of all, thank you for being you. You are the people I do this for.

The “Protection” series is dedicated to all of you.

I've been running with this idea for Protection, as inspired by this song from Adam Lambert. I've got this whole scene playing visually in my head but NO idea how to put it to words for you to get stuck in your heads too. This might keep me up for a few nights. Expect something huge coming your way. I've got a series of things on the drawing board, one of which is almost ready for you (sadly not this one).

On another note, I've entered Protection into the Wattys (again, I know. this is like the third time I've done this) so fingers crossed!

I'd like to formally apologize to readers of Protection, Wild Life, and Back Home. Yes, I know they've been removed. The reason is that I'm doing quite a bit of editing and rewriting at the moment. As I'm sure you're aware, I'm doing a revamp of the original, and also a complete rewrite in Logan's perspective. The point of this is to see which is the best perspective for this series. Until I've done a significant amount of work, I've unpublished the written drafts. I will be posting the edited version as I complete it. Even then, there will still be work to be done. I apologize for the confusion, and if this has interrupted your reading. Updated chapters will be up shortly. Thanks for sticking with me all these years. Cheers, xx

Hello dearest followers! It's been quite awhile since I was last truly active, working hard on completing the revamped Protection and, hell, even Wild Life could use some work. But I promise you, I'm going to get to work immediately on the next chapter of Protection. Be sure to keep up with the revamped version! Let me know if there's anything you feel that should be included from the original version in the revamped version. Have a splendid weekend!

Hello? Yes, hi. It's been awhile.

What have I been doing all this time?

Well, I've been doing a hell of a lot of work on Protection lately. You probably haven't noticed. And I'm making an attempt at something that I've never done before.

Yes, I'm trying to see if Logan's perspective makes the story better.

          No, I'm not posting anything.

Not unless you guys reeaaally want to see it, I mean.

I figured that if the book takes a look at Logan's life as Agent Nineteen, rather than focus on Andy's childishness and her lack of being unable to avoid trouble, the book might take a turn for the better and be something actually WORTH publishing.

Did you think I was kidding about that?

          Because I wasn't.

I'm GOING to publish that book. I just need to find the best angle.
