@frozenbanana Thank you Emma.  It means a lot to me that you would say that.  I'm glad that the poems meant something to you because they were important to me.  Thanks for saying all that you did.  I love you for that.  Hope to see you when we start school again.

I haven't used this website in about a year, because it's difficult for me to put my thoughts into words (and also because where did everyone else go?). Still, if one day I decided to start trying again, I could only wish to write as beautifully as you do. Maybe this isn't where you're expecting a compliment to come from, and perhaps it doesn't mean a thing anyway, but honestly the last few poems you wrote kind of touched my heart. I don't know, maybe that sounds a little cheesy. But I hope you'll believe me all the same!
          
          Maddie, you're a truly gifted writer. And I have no doubt that one day you'll find someone who loves everything about you (the real you!).
          
          Until then, stay cool and keep writing because you're damn good at it :)
