people used to be able to pm other people on wattpad, but they completely deleted that feature a while ago... and i still dont know why :((( LIKE WATTPAD WTF???? so yeah, you cant do that anymore unfortunately
(til this day some people still comment on wattpads update log book thingy demanding that they should add the pm feature back, lol)
