i am back here after a few years, i hope everyone is well! 
          
          i found myself back writing again on sunday after taking a 4 year break from it & have really found myself enjoying the process again of putting down words and thoughts and feelings. i truly miss the feeling of being young and having ideas for really anything and being able to express those through my works and mcs.
          
          just really want to reminisce a bit here, this is where my love and affection for writing seriously began almost 14 years ago and i'll forever be grateful. 
          
          hope everyone is having a somewhat decent life and summer is treating you well! i know since my time here, i've lost touch with a lot of you. but if you do want to reconnect, i am on a few socials still but i do tend to keep my presence very low as everything is becoming so ai based and people are truly just astounding as ever. i dislike the way social media has become over the years, i remember spending so much time online and now i barely even want to open the apps anymore. 
          
          i was mainly thinking about this page again when i really got into writing over the weekend and remembered how much i've got in my drafts of old stories and ideas i either didn't finish or just started, the me who wrote those things really did try her best to make everything perfect.

i'm appalled. yeah im bout move over to a different platform and post my works bc y'all have taken offense to a new level it is not an aesthetic to use people who've died as book covers...

as a nonblack, you should not be trying to say who and who can't use the fist as an icon bc it is not your place to do so. if i come and tell you that nonblack people cannot use it, you again as a NONBLACK, should try and listen to me not silence me by deleting what i'm saying to you bc you don't agree. AGAIN, it isnot your place to say who and who cannot use the fist icon bc black people (including me) are uncomfortable with nonblacks using that as an profile picture. you can show solidarity by using something else.
