Today has been heavy.
There was a bomb attack at Red Fort in Delhi, a place I had just left merely 35 minutes before the incident occurred. I am safe — and I am grateful for that with all my heart. But the news hit me like a wave. The realization that life can change in a moment… it stays with you.
I’m still processing the shock. My mind keeps going back to the people who were there, to the families who might be waiting for news, to the strangers who shared that space with me just before everything changed.
Moments like this remind us how fragile life is. We rush through our days assuming we will always have the next moment… but sometimes the world reminds us how precious every second is.
I am thankful to be here, writing to you. I am thankful for life. And my heart goes out to everyone affected by this tragedy — directly or indirectly.
