so sorry for the long wait. im working on several fics at once while also hunting for jobs and looking for apartments.
i was going through my notes app and came across some ending notes i made for [Abditory]. since im not sure if I'll ever come around to finish the side story, i thought id post them here.
» the story was supposed to end at 25 but like i always say the plot and the story wrote itself
jia and yangil: friends who drifted apart but cared for each other because they knew too much of each other
jia and ae girls: friends who stick with each other no matter what
jia and dohwa: soulmate friends, the most platonic intimate relationship there could be.
jia and soohyang: the unlikely friend who provides wisdom at weird times
epilogue:
jia ended up never figuring out what she wanted so she went with the job that paid the most and was somewhat happy.
grandpa kang had to die because that's how life works. lee minyoung died soon after him because she loved him so deeply that she saw no point in carrying on without him.
siwon chose to adopt because that's what his grandfather did
sena and johwa never chose to have kids and never regretted it because they believed they were far too busy to give a child the attention he or she needed
hwan visited his mother in prison a few times and continued to enjoy his life as much as he could.
kyung changed his path in the middle to symbolize that some people no matter how willing and able are just not qualified for a particular line of work. he recognized that early on and decided to start from scratch so that he didnt regret his decision or blame it on anyone else.

in my head he and jia have a girl but they're also too scared of being parents because they don't want to turn out like their own so maybe they have kids maybe they don't.
jia once ran into hwayoung at a cafe where the latter was waitressing. they didnt recognize each other but jia noticed the striped tights hwayoung was wearing and thought of her while hwayoung noticed the black dog next to jia and thought of the girl who saved her moms life.
jia was always meant to be a bitch to everyone. i know a lot of people complained in the beginning that she has no moral concept but that's how she was supposed to be. a self centred bully. it isnt until she meets Dohwa that she begins to rethink her life's choices. the hints are still there and there are times where she struggles to say the nicer thing. being friends with a good person changed her a whole lot.
♪ im sure i was meant to write more but i lost track. maybe I'll end up adding more to this in the future.

@ElenaGilbert219 hi!! im so sorry for worrying you TT i was busy with my thesis, and then my defense, and then i was looking for a job and an apartment while working on my visa papers. phew the last couple of months have tested me. but im glad to tell you that ive graduated now and can spare more time to my writing, now that im unemployed ehe i hope you're doing well too!!
