I'm a Canadian (hey, fellow Canadians, well met!) whose ambition since I was eight was to be an SF / Fantasy novelist. I started out writing fan fiction in 1995, and it's taught me a huge amount about the craft, especially when it comes to dialogue and the like. I've been participating in NaNoWriMo since 2008, and I've so far got two (and a quarter) original novels out of that, all of which are currently in the editing / re-writing stage. I've also got a number of incomplete original novels out of it, which I intend to work on as time allows.

For the moment, I intend to mainly post fanfic here. Depending on what happens with one of the aforementioned novels, I might post it here as well....
