soo umm... i was joking when i said i thought i had a concussion. I was joking. then come vomiting, dizziness, bad headaches, and sensitivity to light. i was in one of my classes and i almost fell over and hit my head on a desk right in front of the teacher. she asks me if im doing alright, and i tell her about my situation. she gets all worried about me and sends me to th nurses office.
once im at the nurses office, i tell her and shes all "if it was just a basketball youre fine, its not like it could give you a concussion". i tell her my symptoms, she calls my mom, but shes still doubtful its anything more than just a little bruise that i jus cant see on my head.
me and my mom go to urgent care, they say, oh yeah this is weird and i get sent to an ER
that ER tried to scam my mom and she was all like "nope, thanks" and left
so then we went to a much cooler ER that actualy accepted insurance and they put a weird bandage thngie around my finger that monitered my heart rate and a blood pressur thing on my arm that told us my systolic and diastolic pressure every 30 minutes
i after muktiple times of being asked questions, i get sent to go get a CT scan to see if i have a contusion (it was super weird and that was my first time getting anything like that).
so i get up from the CT bed, and i almost dropped onto the floor becasue i was SUPPERRR dizzy aand hey have to help me walk to the room
they come back after some time and they say "aha you have a concussion"
(screw you dad who thought i was exaggerating. and no, i dont vomit all the time)
they give me a prescription for the vomiting and nausea and we go to HEB and then back home and the drugs are super nice like im all relaxed now so thats cool
screw you nurse maggie
