I know u have ur own story line, but I write what come to my mind after reading Your last update. If u want , u can check -
          
          Ali and Murtasim will be invited to Zaharan's birthday party. That day, meerasim will talk to each other. Murtasim all tells the truth to meerab.  'Wo jindegi me kisko khush nehi rakha paya. Sab lok iske liye suffer hue he. Kuchha galti ki sirf saza hoti he. Then he wished a happy life in Meerab with Zain. 
          
          Then Meerab met with Ali. He told how Murtasim suffered for 5 years. He tells Meerab he sent video footage of that day (he is a politician, so he does a voice record with CCTV for his safety) and a message sent by Murtasim every day to Meerab.(Meerab did not open her old phone after he left). 
          
          After the birthday party, he opened her old phone and checked the video and messages sent by Murtasim.  After thinking the whole night, she decided to talk to Murtasim at his last check-up appointment. 
          
          On appointment day, the meerab will wait but murtasim will not come. Then she called Murtasim's number and found out he had come from India because of a health issue of maa begam from her senior doctor that he had come yesterday to take his final report. 
          
          She called Murtasim and talked. 
          
          She talked with Zain, then both left for India. On their journey she talked about her love story to Zain.

@987654321soniya your storyline is fabulous, and yeah I have some ideas in my mind too, but I'm a little confused, I'll take your Idea also. Let's see what story my mind will made .
