@sereiawritesss Also they do give directions. but if its too complicated- email is an option. BTW do u know the reason why?? maybe that helps us in helpin u recover or even help making a new one w/o it getting banned.

@sereiawritesss i think u should email them about everything that happened, for ex i got mine cuz of my age- and then later i emailed sayin that they got it wrong and THEY GAVE ME BACK. but idk if u get the data back. i did not cuz mine was over a year thats y
