-April 2025 Life Update-
I don't usually post life updates but I figured it might be something engaging for my followers to read (besides my infrequent updates lol).
April 6th will mark a year clean for me. I asked my family if they can have a little dinner party (with a cake ofc) so I hope it happens this month. I've never had a party about myself before so it's a little awkward but I like food so.
On a sad note, my childhood cat died last month. It's depressing because I've been through so much grief over the past few years, but I'm just grateful she lived such a long and happy life. That's all I can really ask for.
I'm happy to say that I'm currently in school right now to become a Medical Assistant and a Certified Health Unit Coordinator. My classes are online, and it's a little challenging to stay motivated at times (especially since my Sims have me in a chokehold), but I'm enjoying them nonetheless. I've been contemplating whether I want to finally get my Bachelors degree, but I'm not gonna make a decision until I'm done.
I'm working on plot lines and research for my various writing projects, so expect something in 5-10 business years, as per usual.
And as always, stick with me, frens, I appreciate you!

Now that all of my books have been edited, it's time to start working on some new stuff. My Pretty Keeper is first priority, of course, but I have some other surprises for you guys this year.

So I started reading the keeper and protector thing, I love it so far, and I understand the concept, to an extent. Is there any reference point to the whole time keeper thing?
Oh, yeah, thanks that helps, I was imagining it as a key, key-pers, idk, but thanks, I was legit looking for other stuff with the same idea because I liked it, it’s really good for an original concept and keep doing what you’re doing
@ACES570 Hello there! Thank you for the message, and thank you so much for reading K&P as well. As far as a reference point, it's hard to explain since it's an original concept, but if I were to liken it to something more recognizable, I'd say it's like a mix of the "soulmates AU" but at the same time, there's fantasy elements involved because Keepers have a "mutated gene" that gives them a Time Keeper in the first place. As for the Time Keeper itself, I've always imagined the symbol to resemble an exposed clock with all of its working parts, but I mainly leave it up to reader interpretation/imagination. I hope that makes a little sense? I'll have to sit down and write out the entire backstory one of these days so there's something more tangible. Let me know if you have any more questions, I'd be happy to answer them!
