I thought since this profile represents a LGBTQ+ community for India so some content I want to share -

1)"Ek ladki Ko dekha toh Aisa Laga" -
I think the first Indian movie with star cast to represent the LGBT community.
A great movie.. must watch !

Available on NETFLIX or online but you'll have to dig deep.

2)Web series- "The other love story"
Just one word - beautiful !! Really !

          Available on- YouTube

          3) A beautiful Bharathyanatyam dance.
          Link - https://youtu.be/zLCK1dmn2qc

          4) A youtuber with Indian origin -

Oh my god!!! You know I'm just a small kid who recently discovered her sexuality and also the support the Indian government shows towards people like her... (please note the sarcasm). Even before I realized about being gay I always supported the lgbt cause I never got what's all the fuss about. And especially in my family or my school and the ppl I've met(I dunno about all Indians but I might also add lots of them are extremely homophobic) even uttering the word gay is like a taboo... So yeah that made me worried too about my very gay future. But coming across this account made me feel that I can find very supportive people from my own country in one of the things I love the most! (I know I could have found such peeps elsewhere too but I'm socially very reclusive and my general awareness is the size of a raisin so pardon my ignorance)! Seriously only two ppl irl know and support me. So yeah this account means a lot more to me than just another lgbt profile cause this is the first time I'm seeing so many supportive people in one place that too from India. Now I know if my parents chuck me out after I come out to them I can always cruise on here... Okay I'm just rambling now... Anyways kudos for such a wonderful profile and I will try and help as much as I can!! (If that means killing the people behind the stupid article so be it...)

          ❤Peace❤

I swear I'm always hunting for LBGT books - especially desi ones. Most are based around the same white characters and it's nice to see other people in here. India is so backwards but I'm sure one day LBGT folks will get the rights they deserve.
