@Brooklynne167 Helloo!! Maybe if Ranboo beginning to be a little bit sick (ill), and Bill want to take care of Ran, but Ranboo doesn't want Bill to worry and take care of him, because he thinks he will annoy Bill. After all Bill still takes care of him.
            Just fluff :) maybe a little bit kissing if you are comfortable with writhing it!
