ima rant here for a sec people say in the heathers movie jd really didn't love veronica and that he was just using her and that in the musical he did, in my opinion jd in the movie did love veronica but he didn't know how to love veronica properly because he was never loved by anyone growing up so he had no idea to give love the right way, and thought killing everyone who hurt veronica was protecting her but then she broke up with him cause he was murdering people (i mean they deserved it but anyway) but i think him more realizing he was the danger so he "cleaned the slate" cuz he was the actual danger to veronica then to his demise OR MAYBE IM READING TO MUCH INTO THIS.
