this isn’t meant to be mean or rude, i’m just genuinely wondering like.. what is to transpire from “hello,”? 
          like in one instance, i actually am having a nice conversation with someone but in multiple other instances the conversation has fell flat and i feel sort of bad.. but like it was just ‘hi,’ ‘nice to meet you,’ and ‘how are you?’ back and forth. they didn’t say much else.
          again, this really isn’t meant to be mean or to call people out.. i just personally don’t see the appeal in simple/small talk if you’re not going to lead the conversation initially.
