Also Naruto is able to get energy from nature itself, thus allowing him two sources of power-supply while having his own chakra pool and chakra regen that's enhanced by the Nine-tail. 
            Sasuke is only able to keep up due to his eye skill, but even that has a limit, while Naruto doesn't have one since he just keeps getting energy. Also Naruto had the Nine-Tail all his life, so even if it was sealed it would have unintentionally enhance his body potential with leaking chakra since the seal isn't able to hold the true Nine-tail so his father had to split it into two to seal it. This shows that the seal wasn't perfect due to it being the strongest chakra beast of the nine beasts before they combine. So Naruto had a ton of advantages compared to Sasuke who only had the sharinga and the cursed mark which only boost his strength for a short time. Naruto would technically have been weaker if he didn't have the tail beast inside of him, since his potential would not have risen so quickly and surpass Sasuke without it as an unknown major motivation in his life to get stronger. So the Nine-tail had a larger effect on his strength then friendship. All friendship did was help to set a goal for him to achieve with his stubborn personality like a certain deceased peverted toad sage. Kinda sucked that he died. Made me sad and angry
