wow i really miss you

i came on hear to say one final announcement before i leave forever…
          
          though i haven’t really been here for what seems like the past 5 months, i am officially leaving wattpad for good.
          
          i want to thank you all so so much for these three wonderful years on this app, and for all the love and support. i have grown so much as a writer and now i’m writing my farewell.
          
          i’ve grown up, moved on, and it’s time to close this chapter of my life.
          
          i checked on my old mutual @its_justmelol to see that she had over 550 followers now and nearly cried… i’d been following her since she was only in the 20s. congratulations gorgeous.
          
          i flicked through all my pm’s and past announcements just one last time and laughed at things i didn’t even remember saying, but i’ll always remember the community that was formed while i was here, the friends i never knew other than their bios, the comments that made me laugh so hard i cried, and the amazing magically creations of all writers on this app.
          
          but i’m not that same person i was when i started, and just like the end of every series, the character -now matured and changed forever- must move on.
          
          i’ve found my new place on tumblr, and so that’s where i’ll be.
          
          so it is with a heavy heart that i say for the last time on wattpad… i love you and goodbye

          hi, you haven’t heard from me in a while in terms of writing, but i’m coming back on here to say that i’ll be taking an offical leave.
          
          i am not in a very good place right now, and it’s not so much to do with mental health issues, but more that i’m stuck in this limbo of not stunting myself, but not helping myself, which will eventually turn into something a lot worse.
          
          i need to focus on my schooling and only one project, instead of saying i’ll work on my writing on here and then “never find the time to”.
          
          i’m truely sorry for those disappointed, i just am unable to do better as of now.
          
          if you’ve requested me to do something, i’ll get to it eventually... but it won’t be for at least a good month.

          AND SO IN MY WORRIED STATE OF “holy shit what do i do now” I DEFENDED MYSELF WITH:
          
          “well i’ve had a crush on the cartoon peter pan since like age two till.... basically now” AND THEN OF COURSE I HAD TO ADD
          
          “and dick grayson but tbf they animated him rlly well”
          
          AND SHE GAVE AN AWKWARDLY DISAPPOINTED LAUGH AND HER EYES WENT SLIGHTLY WIDE LIKE “oh dear where did o go wrong” 

MY LITTLE COUSIN AND I WERE ON FT BC SHE STARTED SCHOOL LAST WEEK, AND SHE GOES “i have a crush on akemi” SO I WAS LIKE “oooo are they your friend?” AND SHE GOES “yes, she is” idk why but i’m so proud of my little 4 nearly 5-in-a-couple-days year old cousin

you know the toxic people in anime fandoms who freak the fuck out if you don’t know something that happened in the manga?
          
          what would happen... if you asked them
          if they liked dc comics or marvel comics... and they said they liked the shows or movies... and you just... called them out for not reading the comics...
