            It really is crazy!! If you have drafts I really would recommend transferring them to a safe document that you’ll always have a copy of or somewhere like A03! ❤️❤️

@apollomooney same here!! And especially when it comes to Ramin’s music, he has such a magical way of infusing emotion into his work! I was so disappointed and sad really when I realised, no matter how bad the writing got I always looked forward to his scores! Fingers crossed for S4! 

I 100% agree!! I honestly didn’t even notice the score and it’s usually one of my favourite things about watching tv/movies

@fuliminare THIS!! I thought I would cry when she died and was waiting for that scene the whole episode to see how they’d done it but I genuinely felt nothing - which is nothing to to with Phia’s acting, she is, as always, phenomenal - which seems to track with this very odd and emotionless style of writing that the writers seem to have adopted, particularly in S3. I also really hated how they shot Rhaenyra’s speech at the sept and put in scenes of tumbleton as she was doing it, I think it was meant to be symbolic but for me it just disconnected me from what she was saying and the weight of the scene. I noticed similar decisions throughout this season and I’m really not a fan of them. Again, I think it falls to the writing 

It just fell so short to me, like even Helaena’s death and she was the actual love of my life. So disappointed 

@e6518e I KNOW RIGHT!!! They have no clue what to do with her at all, they never have really but it’s just getting worse the more they stray from F&B 

@teaandcrumpets05 I see some clips of alicent and it pisses me off how they change her personality each episode 

@e6518e honestly I’d just hold out until the next season of AKOTSK, it is not fun in HOTD land! The writing has somehow gone even more off the rails and I don’t think even the writers know what they’re trying to do with Alicent anymore

@MiraSowunmi5 completely agree with this!! I 100% see that they had to fill in a lot of gaps since the source material is a history book and I know that a screen adaptation will never be 100% faithful and think it’s fine for writers to take a bit of creative license but Ryan Condal just disregards every bit of information he was given in F&B in favour of his own ideas, removing and changing really basic information (such as the characters ages) that has a catastrophic effect on the show simply to fulfil his own fantasies. I really do think it comes down to ego with him and thinking he knows better than the actual author. Also, absolutely LOVE AKOTSK, brilliant show and I can’t wait for season two!! :)
