            with a laugh he watched the other drive off  ,    another hop given. he pulled something from his tool belt  ,  a disc the size of a CD  ,  before throwing it and watching it morph into a hoverboard. then with that they took off after the other  ,  laughter lost amongst the speed. a few taps to hsj wristwatch  ,  an adjustment to his helmet  ,  and then his voice was loud enough to be heard over the whipping wing. "that was so — " the word   '  cool  '   had to be bit back. "mean! we were talking  ,  y'know? "

    [  sokudo  pulls  the  tazer  back  to  himself,  gazing  at it  with confusion.    usually  that  works?   shaking  his  helmeted  visage,  he  turns  to  gaze the  motor  bikes  console,   which could  display  a  number of  things.    currently he  needed it  to  tap  into  the  next  site  he'd  be  visiting.   ]
               not  really  worried about  delays,  this  things  plenty  manueverable.   there's  no  need,   i've  got other things to do  than  taze  a child.   see you  around  then!
                 [   with  a  roar  from  the engine,  the bike  kicks up  into a  start and then  hayasa  is  off.    ]

            "you think so? thanks!" he gave a little hop of excitement  ,  taking a step forward  ,  not bothered by the taser. "do I know the actual description of the job you're doing? nope! do I know that the people employing you are a lot less thorough than you are? sure do!" when he got closer he gave a little wave to the weapon  ,  as if it was a friend  ,  and not something meant to threaten him. "even if I'm completely wrong  ,  I've created enough mayhem for the streets to be cluttered. I'm satisfied knowing your drive won't be as smooth as anticipated. also  —  that thing would need enough volts to black out a good portion of the city  ,  to affect me any. we can still give it a try though!"

            * his vigilante identity is in no way tied to his civilian one. he actually makes it a point to hate on his civilian self. he's very strict about keeping his identity a secret from the public  ,  but there is a chance he'll tell someone he's close to

            PERSONALITY: very  ,  very energetic. he's always moving around or talking  ,  even if he's the only person around. he's quite sarcastic but genuinely kind  (  if he finds you deserve it  ). his emotions can quickly change  —  he's still childish in that aspect. he's reckless  ,  but more so because he does anything and everything he would never have been allowed to do before his father's passing. sometimes he'll do things for the hell of it  ,  even if they're dangerous.
            
            * despite the bad memories surrounding it  ,  he genuinely enjoys making inventions. it's what he does with just about all of his free time.
            
            * although he still sells his stuff  ,  he keeps a heavy eye on everything that leaves his possession. he doesn't really care what you do with his creations as long as they're not intentionally used to hurt people. each invention has a built in destruct option that only he had access to. he's kind of made the whole explosion thing part of his image. he's known to blow up anything of his that used against people negatively.
            
            * is known for his civilian identity as well. although his father's actions were brought into light  ,  he quickly redeemed himself by switching to making things for the good of the world  —  this time of his own will. has a notable amount of inventions widely used.
            
            * he's hard of hearing due to the constant  ,  albeit accidental  ,  explosions. his civilian glasses double as a hearing aid  ,  as well as the goggles he wears in his vigilante getup.
            
            * his civilian inventions and vigilante inventions are very different. his civilian ones are made with the sole purpose of helping humanity. his vigilante ones are known for their fanfare and the power behind them.
            
            * give him the opportunity to talk about his tech and he will NOT shut up about it
            
            * known for his vehicles in his vigilante wear  ,  a sort of tribute to his idol

            his ability allows him to move faster  ONLY  when he's making things. it only qualifies under this category if  MULTIPLE  materials are used to make something completely different. meaning  ,  he would make a pepper airplane the same pace as anyone else  ,  unless he added a different material into it.
            
            if movements cease for even a second the ability self destructs. yes  ,  whatever he is making at the time will quite literally explode. the size of the explosion varies on the size of the project.
            
            ANYTHING  you see him use on the field has been made by his own hands. he doesn't trust using inventions made by others.
            
            his ability has its own fail safe. if anyone other than himself attempts to modify his creations against his will  ,  they will self destruct. this only happens when there is  INTENT  behind an action though. if someone were to accidentally break one  (  which is actually very hard to do  )  nothing would happen.
