@xImmortality publishing? girl i’d make my pockets cry for you no lie if you decide going that road. anyways YES storytelling is something to ponder a little too long but importantly about. but sometimes it doesn’t matter as long as it’s engrossing you know? the closest i can attest to that is you can tell when an author cares and when they just don’t lol it’s beautiful connecting with reading through vicariously writing:) and that fcking amazing you’re writing what you want. not everything has to go by the books. nowadays, why even when it’s not what YOU want to write. which is what should matter. and i totally get your perfectionism. it’s a blessing and a curse but it’s cathartically has a con of helping us learn ironically? idk that made sense in my head don’t mind me lmfao. 
            
            and thank you so much;’) when i’ll have that pep of confidence, idk, because im very red and blue, hot and cold, happy and not but one day, hopefully, i’ll find the kilter in between:) i hope everything is treating you gently as well <3 

@tehyaawrites honestly i’m the same way, like planning out the actual plot can be so tedious, and unfortunately the storytelling is v important. and with being a perfectionist, ME TOO. i am constantly going back and editing published chapters bc i will read them over and over again until i’m satisfied. i’m at a point now where i’m just writing what i want and if the plot isn’t conventional or properly thought out then who cares lol. if i was planning on publishing that would be different but atm it’s really just a hobby. 
            
            but even with all of that, i still think you should give it a shot if you ever muster up enough confidence/energy and you will 100% have my support when/if you do. i totally get life being in the way though. hope everything is okay with you <3

oh my gosh ;( thank you so much for of all, this is too kind. i enjoyed delving into your story while commenting, it was a one-of-a-kind story that was phenomenal and a needed jab of realism. i always love reading messy, unconventional books bc they deserve attention, a chance, and love just as much as conventional books normally get<3 but apologies for getting mushy:)
            
            i actually get questions like this a lot tbh from my imagine acc when i wrote an off-a-whim 60-part story about a rich single dad and his nanny. i never planned to write it but it honestly just oozed out of me randomly.  also to answer your question, i’ve though about it a lot: writing my own story. i always do. i currently have stories in my drafts. but i feel like my writing is good, just not my story telling/plot wise bc of my life mentally. i feel like writing and storytelling are key pieces to a good puzzle while writing. plus, im a perfectionist, so it’s overthinking central over here lol:) however, i can’t deny i think about writing my own story a lot honestly
