I’m out of the unemployed trenches. after four long months of struggling with my mh, I’m so excited to be back! I work so much better with a schedule and back in my first job, I was uploading weekly so im looking forward to having that drive again!

do people still enjoy ‘echoes from the front’? I know that the story hasn’t really progressed in months (and I’m so sorry that must be so frustrating for readers) but I really want to explore other fics but my brain won’t let me start one thing while another is unfinished. I guess I’m just hating on myself atm LOL
@teimlad although it comes with the territory of being a writer... please know that you don't need to doubt yourself as a writer because your talent and gift for the written word and crafting such beautiful and innovative storytelling is awe inspiring. "echoes from the front" has been one of my favorite peaky stories to enjoy and the life that you have breathed into this piece of writing is stunning and has been a true inspiration to me! the way you write, the detail and emotion and dialogue you create with such precision and care and fine tuned intuition is so incredible to witness! you should be very proud of this story, no matter how stuck or frustrated you may feel in the current writing process. and if you need or want to focus on or explore other stories, allow yourself that grace and patience to do so. even if this one sits untouched for a while, it may just allow your motivation and creativity to return stronger in the future! but in the meantime, be a little less hard on yourself and know that we will be here loving and supporting your writing, no matter how many updates you're able to create or not!❤️
