@gooseles halloween isn’t very big where i live, so some shopping centres already have all their christmas decorations up & they play christmas music instead of normal music lol. i second that! this year has been quite crappy, but i feel like things will be better with the new year & new decade (which is scary to think about, it feels like 2010 wasn’t even that long ago) 

@jennamcdougall I handed out Halloween candy tonight to the kiddos in the neighborhood. When we were all packing it up to go inside, I could literally see someone pulling out some Christmas decorations. Lmao. Bet they'll be up in a week. Cheers to a better 2020 for everyone, though.

@jennamcdougall That's just life, I guess. Instead of enjoying and living in the moment, always looking forward to what is next. But yeah...if I had to be around that at work, I would take my shoe off and beat my own ass. 

@gooseles if i had to work in a store that did that i would be so over christmas by the time it actually happened lmao. imo it would make more sense to have halloween stuff out now bc it’s next month, and then have thanksgiving stuff and christmas out in november. where i live they always put out easter eggs and hot cross buns a day after christmas lol it’s such an overkill 

@jennamcdougall I remember walking into the mall around this time two years ago and Sears had a huge display of Christmas trees and all the music was playing. I was like, 1) Damn, it's still summer and 2) Did we just say screw Halloween and Thanksgiving??
