Hey, my name's Tom. I'm a young teenager from Portsmouth, UK, and I like to write in my spare time.

My inspiration comes from the world around me, I guess. I tend to write when something influential happens in my life, be it death (an albeit grim time, but still), or a happy occasion, or even stumbling on something general that happens everyday. 

I don't like to throw it in people's faces that I write; I want them to discover me. If they feel like reading, then by all means, I hope it takes off. If they don't, that's their decision.

If you do feel like reading my work, please don't feel it will have to be about one set topic. I'm kind of a diverse writer - I write about whatever I feel writing. If it doesn't work, I don't use it. If it does work, I take off on a tangent: that's probably one of my flaws.
