            Berith shrugged his shoulders as he listened to the god speaking, reaching into a pocket with one hand while pushing some of his hair behind his ear with a yawn. He pulled out a pair of die and started playing around with them in his hands mindlessly, licking his lips. "Yes... power. God's and their power." He mused with a yawn and rolled his eyes before gazing up at the red haired individual. "Still. I don't trust them. Even if it's not important when it comes to them or not. As for boredom? I understand that completely for I'm always bored. Mortals entertain me a bit but never for long." He shrugged and looked down at the dice in his hands with a sigh. After a moment or so he snorted. "No. I call everyone dear. You're definitely not special, /dear/."

            ❝ oh , but it's never about trust when it comes to the god's . you should know , since i'm sure you've seen it plenty of times before with how you talk of it , that god's don't pride themselves on their dependability . they pride themselves on their power , and sometimes their willingness to help man's greed with their power to not allow man to earn what he wants , but what they want . what they want may be as simple as a bit of fun . godliness does have a tendency to be boring . even if it be through cheap methods , ❞ loki swung his legs back and fourth , humming to himself what sounded like a nursery rhyme . ❝ do you call everyone you know , ' dear  ' , or is this some special treatment ? ❞ the god teased , combing a hand through his red hair , picking out crumpled leaves that had tangled themselves within it .

            Berith rolled his eyes and gave a few clicks of his tongue before rolling his neck a bit and rocked back on his heels a bit. "I suppose you make a good point, dear. But I already don't trust anyone who is divine so they wouldn't be able to deceive me. I suppose that works for mortals though."
