OMGOMGOMGOMG NO FCKIN WAY I LITERALLY THINK I HAVE ADHD TOO IVE BEEN DOING A LOT OF RESEARCH SO WHEN I SEE MY THERAPIST ON TUESDAY IM GONNA BE LIKE “so i’ve seen a lot of people on tiktok talking about their adhd and i really connected with it. so i researched symptoms in teenage girls and…” then i’m going to show her what symptoms i have and how they affect my life. uhm yeah i hope this helped- sorry i freaked out at the beginning but i was just so excited bc i’m literally going through the same thing rn
