The fucks who treat you like that don't deserve you in their lives. I'm so sorry you have to deal with people like that, you deserve so much better than that. I promise you that the people who'll treat you kindly will come along soon. It's a really generic saying but things do get better, as someone who's been there I promise you that in time things will get better.
And by the way, you're really strong for getting through all of this & I'm proud of you for the clean milestone, SH is a bitch and you're doing amazing.
