          Day of the dead date: 2nd November
          
          Japanese tradition: Morro goes to the old Monastery deciding that he will repair it for sensei Wu. The others help him with it. Morro builds a paper lantern with a candle. The light represents Wus spirit. Morro places the lantern in the middle of the monastery or his favorite spot behind the monastery.
          
          The candle is the spirit of the dead and the air and sky is the journey to the spirit world. In the serpentine war lanterns were used to signal friends to the right path. Sensei told Morro this as a child. Morro uses it to respect Wu of his passing.
          
          Chapter 1 reference- He made me believe in being a ninja to find my brother. - tie this in to story later??
          
          "Sensei told me when I was young that during the serpentine war, if his comrades got separated, they would light these lanterns to direct them towards the right path." 
          
          "This is to pay respects to our master and his teachings. No matter how long, we'll wait for him to come back to us. Wether it be back home, or to the departed realm. Let's hope this lantern will direct Wu towards the right path."
          
          - morro explains the significance of the lanterns during the funeral and how Wu taught him. Goes on to saying a heartfelt speech.
          
          This book ends with Morro and Jay finding out they're related and Wu dissappearing in time?
          
          Morro learns that Lloyd and Cole knew about the folder in the museum?
          
          The significant tie with the title: Wu made Morro believe if he became a ninja he would find his brother. Morro found him all because he did become a ninja. Morro realizes Wu made him believe and it was all true right when Wu dissappears. Mental breakdown losing his father, the person who actually indirectly reunited him with his baby brother. - Put this as a conclusion to the first story.

          20- time of battle, morro born year after. Kelly is already pregnant with Kruxs child. Told Cliff Gordan that it was his child.

          Kelly and Krux dated for a long while before Cliff. They broke up after Krux started becoming possessive, obsessive, controlling. He wanted kids with her. After she snapped, they broke up. She was pregnant with Morro already though. She broke up too suddenly for Krux. He felt used, betrayed. Prompted him to betray the elemental masters in spite and revenge for her. Jays mother felt she was at fault for the whole attack (show her sorrowful thoughts during past scenes blaming herself) After the battle she goes on her honeymoon. While Krux is scheming for his brothers return. Krux returns after tracking her down with her and she is attacked. Krux finds out she has a son. His son. Prompts her to forever hide her element in order to protect Morro. 3 years later Jay is born with Cliff. (Krux and mother is same age 24) Another year and Krux comes to get his revenge and take his kids. He wants to own the children. 25. Angry that she had a kid with Cliff. She kept her element and spinjitsu a secret. She's killed. Cliff unconscious hurt very badly moments from death (Krux thought he was dead so did Morro) 4 year old Morro flees with 1 year old Jayson. Gets chased by Krux. Uses his powers for the first time to escape. (Doesn't know he used the wind realizes after arriving at the orphanage. He only used it in self defense, when he was scared, it became tied to his emotions meaning uncontrollable) 
          
          

          -Cliff is alone at home with Morro and Jay while Kelly is out. Krux breaks in. "I don't understand." "Of course you don't. Neither of you ever considered my feelings." "...Kelly... This is about her?" "Can you imagine the insult, after years of beautiful love we shared together, when she chose you?" He held something purely evil in his eyes. "I wanted her as my soulmate the moment I saw her. She was meant to be my wife. To mother my children." "She was never obliged to be anyone's wife Krux. She doesn't belong to anyone and is not some damned object that you can own." "When she left me to marry you and leave the elemental masters, I endured it. But I couldn't handle her betrayal. Her arrogance, and your petty entitlement was too much. Her total ruination seemed appropriate." "Leave my family alone." "Oh, but little Morro isn't all your family is he?" "He might be biologically your kid Krux, but Morro is my beautiful son. I'm not going to let you near my boys." Attacks him in a rage fueled fury. "Seriously? You wanna take me on? I am the most powerful elemental master of all time! I am time! And when you control time, you control everything!

          Morro has an admiration for the outdoors. Loves the night sky, forests, its his escape.
          
          (Ronin poses as a protective big brother to Morro. Defensive around Kai.)
          
          Morro:
          
          'At first joining the ninja I was reserved and kept to myself as much as possible. I never felt comfortable around them after what the preimedent made me do.' I mused.
          
          From being at darkleys home for bad boys, to homlessness, to running away from the only dad I've ever had, then for my soul to be wrongly delievered to the cursed realm... 
          
          To now be living back with sensei Wu, surrounded by good friends, and a passionately loving boyfriend. I realized that I've come a long way. I never believed I'd get this. And now I'm just scared I'm gonna lose it all again.....Input in a chapter of the hands of time. A time when Morros in peril scared hes about to lose everyone and everything again. 
          

This is Jays and Morros vendetta.
          
          Vendetta. A blood feud in which the family of a murdered person seeks vengeance on the murderer.

          Morro having emotional conversation with Krux after finding out he was the one that took his family away:
          
          "You lied to me... I was a kid."
          
          "You promised you'd keep me safe, you were supposed to be my father."
          
          "You did this to me. To me and Jayson. We were all Alone because of what you did. My perfect mum, gone. My perfect dad, my perfect family... Was gone... All because of you." 
          
          "And I... I had to be more than just a brother, I had to be a father. And a mother. To keep him safe. And that wasn't fair. And I couldn't even do it."
          
          "And you wanna know what that was like?..." 
          
          "4 years old, to go through witnessing you killing my mother. To lose everything I loved all in one night. Jayson was taken from me. I was tortured for most of my early childhood because I wanted to just see him again. I ended up on the streets too. All I wanted was to see Jayson again. I was that young and I was already giving up hope on everything in my life. And it was all because of you..."
          
          "All of it was because of you." 
          
          "I hate you..."
          
          "I hate you..."
          
          At this moment Morro is in a position to end his life. He is really close to doing it but he stops himself. Morro refuses to become like him. He knows killing him for killing his family will only hurt himself more.
          
          "Once you let your grief turn into rage, it will never go away" 
          
          "The pain of losing a loved one by the horrible act of murder is not lessened by the horrible murder of another. Not even when it is cloaked as justice. It is only a delusion to believe that ones pain is ended by making someone else feel pain."
          
          "But I am your father Morro. You're real father."
          
          "No... You're not."
          

          -Jay finds out before Morro that they're related. Asks Morro what he would hope his brother to be like.
          
          "If you did meet him again... What would you want for him to be?" Jay asked Morro.
          
          "...Happy... Above all else. I just want him to be absolutely happy wherever he is. I hope that he grew up a life completely opposite to mine. I hope he had people to take great care of him while he was growing up. I hope that he had lots of amazing friends and... I hope that he doesn't think of me as a monster..." 'I wish I could see him.' Morro thinks sadly. "You know, there is one good thing that came from meeting Krux and Acronix." "W-What?" Morro asked sniffling back tears. "Well Krux told me a bit about who my birth mother was. She was an elemental master of lightning and used to be with Krux. She had a kid with him but left Krux for my biological father, Cliff Gordan and had me. So I found out I have an older half brother." Morro realizes what Jays saying. "You're... Jayson?"
          
          Jay and Morros mothers name: Kelly Libber Gordon
          
          Kelly is the name of her voice actor.
          Libber is what they called her character during development.
          
          

          I wanted to do what he said but it was impossible. Wu was gone. 
          
          I held Kai tight grabbing fist fulls of the back of his gi. He had a hand around my back and the other at the back of my head. His cheek was pressed to the side of my head which helped to comfort me only slightly.
          
          I dropped to my knees and Kai folowed without any resistance. 
          
          "That evil bastard. He's done it to me again..." I cried hiding my face in my hands.
          
          "Oh, Morro..." Nya dropped to wrap her arms around me. 
          
          "We're here for you. You're not alone." Lloyd said dropping to his knees. I felt his strong arms squeeze around me. Jay, Cole, and Zane followed wordlessly joining the embrace. 
          
          The whole team surrounded me in my time of sorrow, sharing in the loss. It hurt so bad. I finally stopped crying and took a deep breath. 
          
          "We won't rest until we find him Morro. We will find him." Kai assured confidently.
          
          "So, what do we do now? We don't have a Master anymore." Cole asked. 
          
          I stood up glancing to the time blade thinking of what Wu would want for us to do at this moment. 
          
          "Yes we do. You, Lloyd. It has to be you." Jay said.
          
          "But-" Lloyd seemed uncertain and probably would have protested but Kai cut him off.
          
          "Master Lloyd." Kai said handing him the time blade. 
          
          "Master Lloyd..." Lloyd repeated to himself before looking up at all of us a glint of leadership in his bright green eyes.
          
          "Everyone, listen up. First, we have to get rid of this. It's too powerful. We'll all heal after this with time." Lloyd said gripping my shoulder giving me a pointed look.
          
          "And then, we will not rest until we know... Where is Wu?"
