I just had yo talk about a theory I have. Ignore this if you haven't watched gravity falls and owl house.
          In the end of the series when bill dies he starts talking in gibberish. he is actually talking backwards. He says and I quote "A-X-O-L-O-T-L, my time has come to burn, I invoke the ancient power that I may return." In one of the books of gravity falls they Talk about a magic axolotl.  Dipper asks. "What do you know about bill cypher?" The axolotl answers with this poem:
          Six degrees that come in threes,
          Watches from within birch trees,
          Saw his own dimension burn,
          Misses home but cant return, 
          Says he's happy he's a liar,
          Blames arson for the fire,
          If he wants to shirk the blame,
          He'll have to invoke my name,
          One way to absolve his crime, 
          A different form, a different time.
          
          Do you know how King is always yelling about being the king of demons? Did you ever realize they have the same exact voice? 
          
          I don't know if it is just me but I think King is bill cyphers new form.
