1/2 cup of water, 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tbsp of coco powder. over medium-high heat, stirring until boiling. you don’t necessarily have to take it off the heat for the next part, but you can. add 1/4 cup of semisweet chocolate chips. stir until melted then add 3 cups of (any) milk. let it heat up, then add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract. then, you can add whatever else to it :)).
